Law of attractions

Has anyone of you heard about the law of attraction of moving objects? In theory everything that has a mass probably has in some way an attraction pull however I actually wanted to talk about what i think happens at least 95% of the time when two objects distant to each other, not necessarilly equaly distant to another object, of a considerable mass, movebable although slower or not, all three of them actually pass at the same point all three of them toguether..... yeah i know a bit confusing... let me explain...
Lets say the first moving object is a Car, lets called it car A, the second is another car, lets called it car B. If on a road car A is going north to south... and car B is travelling in the opposite direction, south to north, and at some point, not necessarilly equidistant between car B and car A thre is lets say a guy riding a bicicle at 10km/h... interestenly enough, without the driver of car A knowing car B speed or viceversa, they will cross each other at the exact point where the bicicle riding guy is. (see diagram)

So have anyone of you noticed this? I have in 95% of the cases, either driver although in theory at different speeds, at different distances, they all 3 intersect at the same point.
Maybe there is some secret attraction force in act. who knows.
anyone of you have a theory on this?
